Botcon 2013 Chromedome Cosplay

I officially am registered for Botcon 2013, having paid for the protoform pack, so there is no way in hell I'm missing this convention.

I'm planning on digging out my Wheeljack cosplay, fixing it up and maybe getting a new lab jacket, though I'm also planning on creating a new Chromedome cosplay for this year's Botcon. This is the rough idea I have so far, it still needs tweaking and such, though it's rather simple.

Right now I'm trying to figure out whether or not to try sewing the patterns on our painting them as I did with my Livewire and Wheeljack cosplays. The paint actually doesn't do to bad and is much easier for me to do personally than the sewing, which would mean I'd need someone else to help me.

For the 'ears', I have no idea what to do with them. The wheels however I had suggestions of using pool floaties to create them, which wouldn't be a bad idea at all.

Hopefully it won't be this yellow, I'll try to find tamer colors since Domey isn't really YELLOW, he's like a weird yellow ochre color.

I'm excited.
